Hotel Haya

I stayed here for a business convention and couldn’t be happier. The room was very clean and comfortable (amazing mattress) there’s some noise at night because it’s on a busy road but nothing that bothered my sleep at all. The bar and restaurant attached were exceptional, and all the staff I interacted with were super helpful, kind and fun to chat with. The absolute HIGHLIGHT for me though was the manager, I believe his name was DeShawn. In my hurry to get out, I left behind a very important piece of taxidermy I had bought at the work convention. (An admittedly very odd one lol) I panicked and rushed back from the airport and he took it upon himself to personally bring me up to the room. Which had already been cleaned ( incredibly fast and incredibly well! Amazing housekeepers) Undeterred, he got in contact with the head of housekeeping and tracked her down for me. I was almost in tears! He was so incredibly kind and made me feel prioritized when I’m sure he had other more important, things to do. I will forever be grateful, and will stay here every year I come back for this convention without a doubt.

Took a chance grabbing one last night in Tampa before flying home. Glad we chose Hotel Haya. Warm welcome by Mitch at the front desk! New & modern hotel in Ybor City. Once valet parked we chose to walk to grab food and drinks. On our way back from dinner grabbed another drink from the bar to take to our room. Bartender was very friendly! No TV at the bar- we wanted to watch a hockey game. Did notice people eating so food was served past 9p. Slept great in our spacious king. Took advantage of the gym and coffee in the morning before flying home. We’ll save this hotel and hopefully return soon!

A great location and another unique location for my visit to Tampa. The whole experience felt very five-star. You can tell from the location and from the building itself that it's got old bones, but it feels very modern and luxurious. I love that there was a large night life just blocks away. I really good a kick of seeing roosters in the street the following morning! Be warned, you're going to have to pay a lot for parking.

The meeting facilities, bar, and restaurant are extraordinary! Located within walking distance of downtown Ybor City, your access to outstanding food and entertainment is exceptional. The decor is outstanding, and worthy of a visit

We spent our wedding weekend at Hotel Haya. While we didn’t get married there, we hosted 2 events and had a large room block. The entire team was so thoughtful and wonderful to work with from Valerie in sales to Harley in Catering to Daniel & Abigail at the front desk to Liv in the lounge, we were taken care of so well! We held our events in the Roosevelt Room and Cafe, which both were a huge success! Incredible food, great service and such good vibes & the decor in the Roosevelt room is amazing!! The entire hotel is so beautiful and was a perfect backdrop for our wedding weekend!

Great staff, a beautiful space, and a wonderful atmosphere. The food is delicious, and our bartender Ashley was hands down the best bartender we’ve ever had. Highly recommend whether you’re on vacation or just stopping by.

My wife and I enjoyed a lovely night away at Hotel Haya. The attention to detail from Daniel, the reservations manager, for our celebrating night away was particularly special and Logan’s cocktail skills at the bar were outstanding…thank you to you both. The hotel suite was great and the location to all the local restaurants and bars is perfect. If you are looking for a hotel that’s a bit less main stream with lovely aesthetics, I would strongly recommend staying here.

I visited Flor Fina for brunch last Saturday, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Shaun from valet! From the moment I pulled up, she was professional, friendly, and extremely helpful. She greeted me with a warm smile, handled my car with care, and made the whole experience effortless. When it was time to leave, my car was brought around quickly and she even checked to make sure everything was good before I pulled off. It’s rare to receive service that feels genuine, but Shaun went above and beyond. Exceptional customer service and such a great first impression for the hotel. Highly recommend — ask for Shaun if you want top-tier valet service!
